One of the founders of the Southeast Alaska Land Trust, Deborah Marshall, was also one of three founding owners of the Fiddlehead Restaurant and Bakery, which opened in 1978 and became a culinary landmark in Juneau. Although the restaurant has now been closed for several years, its recipes live on through the popular Fiddlehead Restaurant Cookbook.

The Fiddlehead Restaurant Pop-Up Dinner will feature some of the most loved recipes produced at the famous Fiddlehead Restaurant. We will also celebrate and recognize several people who were key to the growth and success of the Southeast Alaska Land Trust. Won’t you join us?

  • DATE: Saturday, October 21st
