VOLUNTEER WITH US

Volunteers are critical to the work of the Southeast Alaska Land Trust, and allow us to devote a major portion of our funds to land conservation, keeping our effectiveness high and our costs low. Our present success has largely been founded upon the generous gifts of time and energy from community members. If you are interested in volunteering as a Board member or in some other capacity, please contact us at (907) 586-3100 or info@sealt.org for more information.

BECOME A LAND STEWARD

Land Stewards are special volunteers who “adopt” a conservation property. They help monitor for any changes we might need to know about, help pick up trash, and generally act as a SEALT ambassador. You can read more about the Southeast Alaska Land Stewards at this link.  If you are interested in the Land Steward program, please contact Stewardship Specialist, Dan Hysell, at (907) 586-3100, or dan@sealt.org.
