pATRICK RIPP

I am an acrylic painter who enjoys both the challenges of the medium and the unique experience of painting outdoors in Southeast Alaska. From a young age, I have always loved solving puzzles, a passion that carried over into my career as an orthopedic physical therapist and my hobby of painting. Beginning with a blank canvas and working through the various artistic challenges to create a pleasing final piece is incredibly rewarding. I’m so pleased to share my impressions of these pristine SEALT parcels. Finally, I am deeply grateful to the influential mentors who have guided me over the years, including Jane Terzis, George Parker, John Poon, Ingrid Christianson, and David Mensing.
