| Project Properties |
Southeast Alaska Land Trust works with willing landowners to design conservation strategies tailored to the land values and landowner interests on specific properties. Allowable and prohibited uses that ensure the conservation values will remain in place and can meet the landowner’s vision for the property are agreed upon within the terms of a conservation easement conveyed by the landowner to the Land Trust. These properties may lie within the boundaries of a landscape initiative or be located anywhere within Southeast Alaska. Current project properties include the Murgas Property Project and the King Easement Amendment.
